I am NOT impressed with this facility at all. Some of the nurses are rude and cant be bothered to take care of their patients. My aunt was sent there 2 weeks ago and as of today I was finally able to get her phone and cable fixed... 2 weeks of complaining and nothing! They had a new phone system put in and it does not work correctly so for the past 2 weeks I am not able to reach a nurse AT ALL! I cant even begin to tell you how extremely infuriating it is to NOT be able to know how your loved one is doing. I cant even get a ... read more
My family’s experience here has been good. If We needed to go back to another place to get help We would choose to come back here.
The staff were wonderful. The food was so bad to be inedible. My husband lost 40 lbs in 6 weeks. They do not have enough staff and resources to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
I'm in your facility for rehab. This facility is terrible. My first day I was placed in a bed and just left there. Nobody explained anything to me about the facility. The food is terrible and needs improvement.
If you have a loved one staying here for rehab please keep an eye on everything involving their care! The physical therapist does a great job and there are a couple nice people on staff and that is the only reason for the second star. The rest of the facility leaves a lot to be desired. The room they put my Dad in is dirty, chipping paint everywhere, beat up furniture, and rusted baseboard heating covers that are not even on correctly being held in place with screws.
