Overall good I have lived in my apartment for a year and 5 months. Overall, it is an excellent value for the price. Anytime there is an issue, it gets fixed within 24 hours. It's in the middle of town, and although it's hard to make a left hand turn out of the complex sometimes, the good outweighs the bad.
