Steve was recommended by a neighbor who is also in the trades. I called, left a message, he called me back within an hour. After discussing the broken torsion spring and what it would take to replace it - including me sending pictures, he quoted me a very fair price and said he would be able to come do the repair the next day at 10 AM. Next day at 10 AM, there he was on my doorstep. Steve, was very professional, kind, and honest. We found his add on FB Marketplace and was a little skeptical, but he came to do an estimate and didn't try to over sell, or push for anything extra. It took 6 hours to install both our new garage doors. And wanted to go over it with me afterwards to make sure I was happy and/or had any questions. Thank you. We will recommend you going forward.
