Pedro was very informative and efficient
The garage door was opening in its own. I called heritage this morning and they came out the same day and replaced the unit and did a couple other things and just left at 7:20 pm on a Friday night. I am grateful it is fixed and we are now safe.
Tom was on time, friendly, informative, efficient, and solved our problem in about an hour. He cleaned up after he finished, and assured that everything was working properly. We had a broken garage door spring with our cars consequently stuck in the garage. We called Heritage on Saturday, and the man I spoke with quoted the cost of parts and labor that I thought was reasonable, so an appointment was made for Monday morning. I couldn’t have been more pleased.
Pedro came on time and did excellent work. Thank you.
