This was a challenging install because the garage ceiling was low and there was very limited clearance for the rail to pass through a ceiling support beam. David recommended a system he thought would work best. It was $200 more, but worth the extra cost to avoid problems down the road. I’m pleased with the operation of the opener. Plus David spent extra time walking me through adding this garage door to my existing MyQ app which I use for two other garage doors.
