I worked with Alan Deleon, one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with and would definitely recommend them to anyone that has any issues with their garage door. The price was very reasonable considering I called someone else about working on my garage doors and the best they could tell me was they needed to replace both doors and neither door could be fixed(the price for both doors to be replaced was going to be 2 grand per door). This was a challenging install because the garage ceiling was low and there was very limited clearance for the rail to pass through a ceiling support beam. David recommended a system he thought would work best. It was $200 more, but worth the extra cost to avoid problems down the road. I’m pleased with the operation of the opener. Plus David spent extra time walking me through adding this garage door to my existing MyQ app which I use for two other garage doors.

The technician Tommy was very professional and respectful he was thorough and shared recommendation for future problems that may occur. I appreciated how he took the time to ensure I had a better understanding of the product and service he provided. I got a new belt motor installed and the rubber weather stripping replaced. Thank you Tommy.
