Recently purchased a 2025 Ford Ranger Lariat. Bill and Jim were extremely friendly, thorough and answered questions promptly. They both made the buying process easy from start to finish. Definitely recommend both of them and the dealership as well!
10-6-2025 this dealership is laughable still sending unsolicited texts to me - about winter tires etc...................................... i did purchase winter tired from DONWAY FORD - their technicians are nice and polite and DO NOT ask for google ratings of 5 stars and such nonsense as heritage ford does.... SO LATEST UPDATE- FORD DOES NOT APPREICATE ITS CLIENTS and not at all customer friendly on issues or problems also the person at heritage did not let me know - again customer service...........i had to email and ask ... read more
Ridiculously bad service. Took it in for a problem with the idle. They replaced the fuel filter, charged $2000 but idle still not fixed. They kept the van to “ look for the problem “. Had it for 7 days and finally told us we needed a new engine!!! ($11000 ). We took it to another mechanic who fixed the problem in 3 hrs. Van has since travelled over 5000 km with no problems at all.
