Heritage Floral Shoppe Heritage Floral is sorry to see this bad review as we feel we did everything we could to rectify the situation . We ordered fresh beautiful flowers that came in fresh the same morning we delivered this vase (large and showy) when she called to complain that there were no lilies I apologized and offered a %10 discount.She ordered a mixed vase. Be Careful dealing with Heritage Floral Shoppe! BUYER BEWARE. My mother called this florist (she doesn't live in Ambridge), and placed an order to be delivered to a family friend's memorial service. She had asked for some suggestions for an arrangement, and the woman at Heritage went on and on about how beautiful the lilies and roses they had were. So my mother asked for an arrangement of those. Just Beautiful I wanted to let everyone know how beautiful the flowers were for my uncles funeral. My Uncle was having a funeral with full Military Honors and we requested that our flowers be Red, White and Blue. We were so very pleased when we arrived at the funeral home and saw how Beautiful the flowers were, and how they added to the ceremony. I will be sure to let everyone know where the flowers came from. Thank you again.
