Gary Andrea’s Review is not true at all (5 stars) I had an outstanding experience with Heritage Floor Sanding! They installed beautiful, high-quality wood floors in my home, and the work was impeccable. The owner, Howie, was exceptional—professional, communicative, and truly dedicated to ensuring everything was perfect. I recently had my floors done and I was extremely pleased with the result. Fair pricing, clean, and quality was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend Heritage to anyone needing flooring work done.
Had work done by the heritage crew, they did a great job with my bedroom and left no mess. Highly recommend if you are shopping for flooring companies and want the job done the right way.
I gave the owner a chance to do the right thing and he chose not to. They installed a damaged piece of flooring in my customers house, then tried to wood fill it and stain/poly over it. The owner saw it and was very unhappy but these guys blamed it all on us. They charged my customer $2,000 to fix this by refinishing the entire floor which was completely unnecessary. Howie and his team are incredibly talented. They show up, work neatly with beautiful craftsmanship! The team works like a finely oiled machine. They installed luxury vinyl plank flooring for my foyer, left it spotless, and it's absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend Howie and his wonderful, friendly team!
