Howie and his team did an incredible job on our floors. Without exaggeration, it came out looking like a brand new space, and they were able to achieve the exact color we were looking for (went from 1990s orange to modern coastal white oak). They were all super professional and knowledgeable, patiently answering all of my questions and providing useful insight where needed. Howie and his team from Heritage Floor Sanding did an excellent job putting our new floor in. They put a Twelve Oaks vinyl floor in across 5 rooms and a foyer and everything looks great. Howie was honest and up front since our first meeting and great communication throughout the process.
