Rented for 3 years here. Maintenance was generally prompt, and I didn't need to use it very much. Management was fine although I didn't interact much with them. Got my full security deposit back (minus my final water bill which was expected). Only major complaints I'd have would be around insulation / temperature (I was in a corner unit exposed to wind/sun so other units may be better). If you are looking to rent a flat in Stevens Point, please look into Heritage Farm Estate. My parents moved into this place back in 2018 and Carrie did her best for my parents to be able to move in here. I'm excited to say with confidence Carrie it's one of the best Manager Property I ever dealt with and because of it, my parents are going to be moving back to WI and do business again with this management property.

When we arranged our apartment lease, we did so from Florida, site unseen. Carrie was so helpful and arranged everything for a smooth move in. The apartment was very nice and roomy. If we had a maintenance request or question it was addressed immediately. We are very impressed with her professionalism.

Management and staff will almost always reply back to you within 24 hours and help you with whatever you need. They keep the community very clean and everyone is very friendly. Having so many things close by makes these apartments such a luxury.
