Good dog accommodations. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond. And most neighbors are very welcoming. Recent years have seen price hikes, but that’s a common trend seen across most apartment communities in the area. And the staff always try to help tenants stress where they can.
Love it here. Just hit my 1 year of residence. I overlook Markham street so it can get loud, but I’m from an actual big city so it doesn’t bother me. Maintenance issues are always taken care of quickly and staff are so nice. Dog friendly, so if seeing the odd puddle on the floor annoys you, this isn’t your place.
