I only talked on the phone with one of the Architects (Spencer) that works at Heritage Engineering, but he was very knowledgeable and provided me with some great resources to help on a smaller project that was outside the scope of work they would normally perform. The fact that he took the time to do this, to me really says something about the quality of the company.
