The staff is a total screw UP, they mess my appointment and fail to call me of the change. I would never recommend to go there as long as they have a total incompetence office staff and I won't name their names but they know who they are.
RecommendedDr Samra, at the Universal City office, is outstanding. I had two implants put in my lower mouth and I was unable to sit flat in the dental chair. Dr Samra suggested I sit in an upright position - it never occurred to me to ask - and he was able to perform the procedure. This little thing - sitting upright rather than lying down flat - made all the difference in the procedure for me. If you need a skilled and accommodating dentist, Dr Samra is the one for you
Dr. Marlette is an amazing dentist. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Best dentist ever! Dr Ehab is great and the entire staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable! I love when I walk in Jenny knows exactly who I am and always greets me. The entire staff makes you feel like you matter and that you’re not just “another patient” you can see they all love what they do.

The Front Office staff at Marbach Rd is Friendly and makes you feel like family. Gracie has been our family’s dental hygienist for almost 24 years. She knows that if she were ever to move, we would change to whatever she goes. She treats everyone like family. A very caring, friendly and professional. Thank you for all 24 years of greatness and friendship. Gracie, you are the best!
