These guys are horrible! Not only is the dentist sub par, they charged me for extra things they said my insurance would pay for. Then they wrote down my insurance info incorrectly, and didn't tell me about it until more than 2 years later when a collections office called me to collect! By that time it was too late to file a claim with my insurance and I had to pay more than $200 out of pocket. They have done this to more than 100 people, and somehow they are still in business. Don't fall for the scam.

These dentists harassed our family because they didn't bill our insurance in time, but instead waited a year to put my husband's account through collections. It was horrible receiving calls from these people; they treated us like dirt! We ended up paying hundreds of dollars from our own pockets, even though we had insurance. Not worth the hassle.

Dishonest Billing, Terrible service This dentist is a scammer! They were all nice when they treated me (though the work was terrible), and then they didn't charge my insurance. It was over a year later that they had a collections agency collect the payment from me and their other clients. This is how they make their money. Just wait a year and you'll see what I mean. Stay far away!

Worst Experience Ever! I had just a little chip in my tooth. I went in to see Dr. Rigbee. Not only is his attitude terriable, but he has messed up my tooth even more. I had to make another appointment with a diffrent office and Dr. Just to get it fixed. Do not go there, and diffently don't have Dr. Rigbee fix any of your teeth. He has no idea what he is doing.

Good Value General Dentistry I never had to wait very long for my appointment at this office. They offer no frills dentistry at a good price. The hygienists seem less experienced, but the dentist is very good. At your first visit they will want to do a full range of dental x-rays if your insurance will pick up the cost. They will also talk to you about teeth bleaching every visit unless you specify youre not interested. OK services I went to this dentist while in school because they were having a promotion - free teeth bleaching for coming in for a checkup. I went in and had my checkup and everything went fine. But upon leaving no one said anything about the free teeth bleaching, and I had to call later to ask to make my appt to get that done. I just felt like they didn't want to do it unless I asked which I didn't appreciate.

But upon leaving no one said anything about the free teeth bleaching, and I had to call later to ask to make my appt to get that done. I just felt like they didn't want to do it unless I asked which I didn't appreciate. PROS: Quick checkup, no waiting CONS: Didn't want to follow through with promotion
