Absolutely do not waste your time or money here. They don’t care about helping you find the right apartment — they care about filling units and getting your money, period. The apartments are wildly inconsistent: some are barely livable with stained carpets falling apart at the seams (like the one we were stuck in), while others are just superficially renovated. There’s zero transparency, zero accountability, and once they have your signature, you're on your own. Avoid this place at all costs.

We've really enjoyed living here! Our apartment is nice compared to a lot of options for the price in Provo. Our heat and AC have worked perfectly as have all of our appliances. It's pet friendly and was very accommodating when we got our dog. The married student ward is amazing if you are in that demographic! The on-site managers and maintenance staff have been very helpful and responsive. INVESTIGATE before signing a contract. Not all of the apartments are the same. Ask to tour multiple. I pay the same rent for an old apartment with water damaged popcorn ceilings and other age issues, as my neighbors who have mostly renovated apartments. Maintenance has been good about getting back to us for issues, but there are things that they say you just have to live with, or pay for the labor of someone fixing it (even though they will probably renovate it once we move out). The apartments are well insulated and comfortable. The Parking spot is free and there is extra behind the complex. They are clean and spacious and we love the location! Only 10 minutes from the airport and 2 to the trax station in car! Management is very nice
