Absolutely do not waste your time or money here. They don’t care about helping you find the right apartment — they care about filling units and getting your money, period. The apartments are wildly inconsistent: some are barely livable with stained carpets falling apart at the seams (like the one we were stuck in), while others are just superficially renovated. There’s zero transparency, zero accountability, and once they have your signature, you're on your own. Avoid this place at all costs.

We've really enjoyed living here! Our apartment is nice compared to a lot of options for the price in Provo. Our heat and AC have worked perfectly as have all of our appliances. It's pet friendly and was very accommodating when we got our dog. The married student ward is amazing if you are in that demographic! The on-site managers and maintenance staff have been very helpful and responsive.
