Maintenance is very good and nice guys. Danielle in the office not really helpful,mostly the office is closed all day long. I coming home around 8 pm mostly no parking place,I made a phone call to.make a suggestion to number it every parking place and no confusion. The worst place I ever saw in my life, Too much crimes, Drugs, It's normal here to wake up and found someone crash your car, Or your Catilac converter is gone,You will go to the office and talk to them( Sorry we don't know who did that) so many apartments and only two maintenance people's works, My roof was leaking since I move in, I call them so many times, They came and fix it from inside but the never fixed from outside so when it's rain, Start leaking again, please don't rent here...
I have a friend that currently applied to live at this complex however got denied.
All the previous reviews are extremely outdated. I have been living here for a year, and am about to renew my lease. I love living here. New management is top notch. More security has been added, more maintenance people have been added as well (maintenance guys are freaking amazing) Yes, it is an old building so you might have to call maintenance sometimes.
