Very nice community Recently took a tour of Heritage Court apartments with my Granddaughter. The community was clean and the apartments are spacious and well maintained. The lady ( (Sharon) was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. My Granddaughter is not looking until November but already knows this is where she wants to call home.

Wonderful place to live I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and just recently renewed my lease for another year. The office managers are wonderful and are quick to respond to any messages or concerns. Maintenance is also very prompt and friendly. The grounds and pool are also kept nice. Neighbors are friendly as well. Overall love it here!

Be careful I like the location, but the apartment with many issues, the list is too long to type. One of my biggest concerns was that the windows did not lock and I lived on the ground floor and they did nothing about it. Another issue was mold, constant leaks in the ceiling and sink. Poor organization in the portal. Overall very cheap materials used in the building. Walls are very very thin. There was no light in my bedroom. mold issues We moved out due to unresolved recurring mold issues in our unit that was making us sick.

Nice unit, affordable, great location Good group of people in the office. Initially had a few maintenance issues but everyone was on point. Also, grounds are kept clean and well-maintained.
Good starter apartment, nice neighborhood This was my first apartment and it was a really good starter apartment. The apartment size is great for a one-bd. Maintenance responds really quickly, but I didn’t have very many issues. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, but the neighborhood is pretty quiet.
Nice apartment and excellent staff My family and I moved to Delaware during the pandemic from NY in Dec 21. Marvella is a fantastic property manager and her maintanence staff is responsive and courteous and the apartment was renovated and clean. I just dropped off my keys now that we have moved into our new home.
Don't move here, keep looking Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a place to live. Maintenance workers are the best part of this community. Property management is nice when you first move in, but if you have any issues outside of maintenance or pest control to address, they will not get fixed. Buildings are old, walls and floors are thin. In the winter time you will have to seal your windows, and in the spring/summer call pest control because of bugs.
