We just moved my Mom out of there. Now here’s the truth of why: DRUGS the place reeks of weed and crack, beer and liquor bottles are all over the grounds, cars are broken into, homeless people are let in the building and attempt to get into peoples apartments, constant fire alarms because people are smoking weed and crack, management is racist and ignores the problems and complaints that are made by Caucasian tenants, poc tenants and visitors bully and harass Caucasian tenants and their visitors, bed bugs, cockroaches, windo... read more

My grandmother wanted to move in here, but ooooo no! The tenants are messy and nosey as hell. To many people with to much time on Their hands. Soon as we pulled up they watched us walk in and some old dude walked behind my car as if he took a picture of my plates. The whole experience was awful. You would think being with older people would be better but noooooo. Not to mention the homeless people hanging around. These tenants are something else. Since we have a new resident manager things have changed a lot and things are getting so much better. She is looking out for us and our safety. Rules are being followed.

My mother lived at Heritage Court for 4 years and the manager was disrespectful and mean to her. The manager was very rude to the tenants and has told them that she doesn’t like elderly people. A person that doesn’t like elderly people shouldn’t work in a housing facility that is comprised of elderly people. The complex is dirty and smells like urine, especially in the elevator. If I knew that my mother was going to be mistreated by the manager I would’ve advised my mother to find another apartment.
