Completely and utterly rude
Horrible!!! Not an exageration. Hurricane Ike litterally destroyed this place that had already fallen off it's last leg and they still have tenants living in the filth and stintch. They have not began to repair anything which even before the hurricane was unlivable. When it rains the apartments fills with water even before the storm. I would not house a homeless person in this place. They knowingly try to keep it open for funding when it is not a safe living condition for the human race.
