Take time to experience meals, areas for bathing, and trained professionals who assist as the disease advances. Ask questions, talk to residents. About 10 years ago, I once worked here, I loved working here, I quickly fall in love with all the residents living there especially the basement level. And my coworkers there are very much more comfortably to work with them and I learned more from them. It's been a great experience for me and I really appreciate it. I loved, missed, working there. I just want to simply thank Susan for all that she had done for me in less than 24hours. Over the last 5months I’ve been in search of my grandma. Yesterday I was giving the information that she is staying at this facility. I reached out and had a hard time talking to someone. This place is horrible! Nobody ever answer the phone. You would never know if your family is ok. Their extremely unprofessional
I'm giving Heritage Court 5 stars based upon their help and support in a difficult situation. I am the care giver for my brother with dementia, and we live in different states. I have made special requests for my brother and they have helped me in what I've asked. My brother reports that the food is wonderful, and the staff are kind and supportive.
