Heritage court is amazing they are treaying my foster mom with the best care possible and if someone says differently they are nuts. It is such a great place for your family member I would highly recommend for anyone. They have always made sure that every individual is is happy and fully cared for! Thank you guys so much.
The place is questionable. I personally have not been there to see the facility in person but my mother resides there. What I can say is that some of the staff seems very pressed to give any info regarding issues my mother has brought to my attention. They have her bank cards locked up and I've been trying to get someone to go help her play her bill, or even just help her get wifi connected to her phone for the last week and a half and she still doesn't have her phone turned on. My family has had a great experience with Heritage Court. The facility is always clean, smelling good, welcoming, and filled with caring staff. Jocelyn and Kayla truly stand out — they treat residents like family and are always willing to help with anything. It’s comforting to know our loved one is surrounded by such dedicated people.
