Worst experience ever! My grandmother was here for 2 weeks they did not let her shower they refused to get her up when she needed to go to the rest room. Rudy the CNA flat out told me no even when I told her I’d help her to get my grandmother up. Ricky the CNA is amazing he always helped me when needed! They wouldn’t give her dentures or glasses to her so she can see. My mom or I would once we got there. Her sheets were nasty I have a picture to prove it! I know they were this way at least 3 days.
