Make no mistake that Heritage, by far, been the worst company we have ever had to deal with. Beyond the fact that they are signing contracts and demanding more money and then resorting to threats, they have absolutely no business sense or respect for costumers. We had to call our insurance company saying that they were demanding more money for work that was not authorized.
