5 Star : My Experience The difficulty in getting parts caused a much longer wait then I had hoped for. However, the finished job was absolutely amazing and well worth the wait. It now looks like a brand new 2015 grand Cherokee! I couldn’t be happier with the results from Heritage Collision Center.

4 Star : Likely to Recommend If they do finish the job on Tuesday then I would rate them higher. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The roof glass was replaced but was not sealed properly. The sound of air coming in the cab was very noticeable at 40 MPH. I returned to the shop on Thursday and they made adjustments but didn't fix the problem. I was leaving for vacation on Friday and couldn't leave the truck. I have an appointment on Tuesday to correct the problem. 5 Star : Customer Service 3.5 Star : Returned Clean
