4 Star : Likely to Recommend If they do finish the job on Tuesday then I would rate them higher. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The roof glass was replaced but was not sealed properly. The sound of air coming in the cab was very noticeable at 40 MPH. I returned to the shop on Thursday and they made adjustments but didn't fix the problem. I was leaving for vacation on Friday and couldn't leave the truck. I have an appointment on Tuesday to correct the problem. 5 Star : Customer Service 3.5 Star : Returned Clean

5 Star : My Experience Disappointed parts were on back order and without use of car for 3+months. However Jay and his team kept me informed through entire process & when had no way to get to work for a few days loaned me one of there cars. Very grateful.
