I have used Heritage a couple of times now. Fantastic experience both times. Cheryl and Chris (owners) are great people. They advocate for you with your insurance company, and move the process along smoothly. The body work is top notch. They make the car “showroom new” again. Do not hesitate to work with them. Anyone who has dealt with Chris and his staff over their time at CCC knows that they are phenomenal. They have carried that over to Heritage. We have brought about a half dozen cars to them and they have always provided stellar work and guidance as well as being friendly and knowledgeable.
My car lost to a boulder. After Chris finished, you would never know. Car looked brand new. Heritage took care of everything including the appraisal and rental. I just left the rental at his shop and drove away with my shiny (yes they detailed it too) repaired car. I would highly recommend Chris and his Team at Heritage!
Chris does fantastic work, I will never have body work done anywhere else!
I stopped for a school bus and the car behind me rammed into me, smashing my trunk. My car was a mess. I don't know how Chris did it, but when he was finished my car looked brand new. I highly recommend his shop. Andrew
