Buyer beware. Very poor customer service. Finance department is horrible. I bought a Jeep there and a week later, I’m told that I need to give them a $650 deposit which when I bought the car I needed no deposit.

Just returned home from an absolutely horrible trip! I checked with the dealer this AM at 8:15 to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was still available, etc, and was assured it was. Said I would be there by 9:30. Drove an hour, arrived 9:20, told that someone else was test driving it! After cooling my heels for 75 minutes, while they tried to talk me into leasing, getting a newer vehicle at much higher cost, etc.all the while playing fast and loose with the figures and not appraising my trade, I was finally told (aft... read more

This is the worst dealership ever. They don’t uphold their warranties they get tickets in your car and then lie for months on end about mailing out a check. None of the managers care about their customers run run far away😡😡😡

Bad customer service and general manager did not help with the situation.. The general manager Don Nelson stated I have to get in touch with his service manager on my own and hung the phone up on me

I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from Tim Deinlein of Heritage in Owings Mills. Being from out of state, it was critically important to have all the ducks in a row before I flew up to pick up my vehicle. From Tim to his sales manager, Tony, to the finance managers, Tony Hart and Jared, it was a completely seamless process. I arrived at the dealership at 7:00 PM and was driving off the lot by 8:00. Car been in the service station for 72 hours and is still not diagnosed. No follow up call unless I call them. Quite possibly will never return for my warranty or other. E is the worst customer service technician ever. He needs not work there.
