The buying process was horrible but they got it done for what I wanted eventually. Also seemingly unexperienced sales people. But That is okay , the car buying process can be like that . It's the service department for me . They are horrible with no bright side - the advisor I have been dealing with is arrogant , unfriendly , unpleasant and I just really dislike coming there for him alone. this place is ajokei tried to overcharge me for a oil change and fuel filters and tire rotation. $720 Thompson did it for $530. their excuse was they do deal with diesel engines yet they had 4 new ones sitting on their lot!stay aw8ay from these guys during this pandemic they're price gouging

Do not lease a vehicle with them!!!! In the very fine print you pay a 500.00 penalty if you turn the car in before 90 days till your lease ends. So my Jeep will sit for the next 20 days. Today I learned that since I decided to purchase a non Chrysler product I will be charged 400.00 regardless of when I turn in the vehicle. Neither my sales person nor the finance manager pointed these out. Turning in the car early should only require the remaining lease payments. They deny you the right to purchase another vehicle.
