I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from Tim Deinlein of Heritage in Owings Mills. Being from out of state, it was critically important to have all the ducks in a row before I flew up to pick up my vehicle. From Tim to his sales manager, Tony, to the finance managers, Tony Hart and Jared, it was a completely seamless process. I arrived at the dealership at 7:00 PM and was driving off the lot by 8:00. My son purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 on June 6, 2016. I (his father and his mother) was with him to co-sign on the loan and make sure things went right. He paid around one-half in cash and financed the remainder. This was a "pre-certified" vehicle. He also then purchased an extended vehicle protection policy. "Victor Clash is a crook!!" My dodge avenger wouldnt start so I hired a mobile mechanic to come out and take a look at it. he determined that my key had gone bad and needed to be reprogrammed to the wireless control module. he explained that only Dodge could fix the problem so I arranged to have the car towed to Heritage Dodge.
