What kind of a dealership schedules a recall repair when they don't have the parts to perform the repair? Does anyone do any quality checks? Is there any accountability for screwing customers? How does a service manager not know their supervisor's phone number? At least they offered us nothing ... nothing ... to make up for it. I guess when you are the only dealership for miles you can be careless and unprofessional.
My husband and I experienced great customer service in purchasing a vehicle at Heritage. Nick took time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right vehicle.
