Sales is great. Service? Not so much …. AAA towed my grandmother’s 2013 Dodge Journey in for a battery replacement and Heritage fleeced her bad. AAA already determined that the battery is bad. So all Heritage had to do is change the battery, that’s it. Now my grandmother is 89 years old, mind you. They called her and STILL convinced her to do a “diagnostic” on it which is $190 right away. Well here is my 2nd one star review of this place in the last 4 months. If you'd like to see the first review it was end of October 2025. If I could I'd give this place a negative star if I could. Here is the latest review. So after purchasing the 2024 Nissan Pathfinder on October 26, 2025 the car came with one key fob. We were promised a second fob.
