From my very first phone call, Dr. Killian asked a lot of detailed questions about my background and physical impairments. I live in South Georgia, about four hours away, but he was so honest and thorough that I decided to make the drive. I am very disappointed with Dr Jim’s office and my son’s experience regarding billing and refunds at this office. My son has been waiting for 3 months for a significant amount this clinic owes him because all his appointments were fully covered and paid by my son’s insurance and they overcharged him by making him pay full fees for his visits as well. I have walked into the office and talked to the billing lady and showed her EOB’s that show the appointments were paid in full by my son’s insurance. We are still awaiting a ref... read more

I have been seeing Dr. Jim for 20 years. I started when I was in high school to help with athletic performance and now he helps keep me “tuned up” in this phase of life! I trust no one more in the medical field than Dr. Jim. He is a wealth of knowledge in his field but outside as well. He strives to educate and if he doesn’t know the answer, he finds out. I can't say enough good things about Heritage Chiropractic and Wellness Center. From the moment i walked in, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr Jim took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and tailor a treatment plan specific to my needs. After just a few visits, my pain and mobility have improved tremendously! I came to Dr Jim with severe neuropathy in my feet. My MD had me on 5 Gabapentin a day with no results. After 5 visits I have no neuropathy in my feet! Excellent diagnosis and treatment plan. All personal in the office friendly and professional.
