My husband recently bougHt his 3rd Silverado from Heritage and I Just purchased my first Chevy (Equinox) Salesman Dan was awesome. The reason I went to Dan was because my husband always talked so highly about his experiences with both the sales and service departments every time he goes in. I was not disappointed. Great customer service! I didn't really know what the recall part was, all I had to do was give them my Vin number and he solved the rest. I was able to go in the next day.

Doug was a huge helped. He kept us informed while waiting also so we knew what was happening.
This service department took advantage of my mom and used her fears and lack of car knowledge against her to pressure her into a service that is not needed. They basically saw an elderly lady who mentioned she was going on a long road trip and soaked as much money out of her as they could. This is something that you would think could happen at a local service shop, but not at a certified GM service, dealership! Stop in to ask what your vehicle is worth on a trade in and the "salesman" says to check Bluebook..... Sorry we bothered you. Other dealers were more customer friendly.
