There is no way in 10 words that can describe the incompetence, lack of trust, and lack of workmanship, with Heritage Cadillac dealership!
Business response:
After repairing the transmission on this almost 10 year old vehicle with ******* miles the customer was not satisfied, and afterwards we were unable to duplicate the concern . Since the customer was not satisfied with that repair, we refunded her the amount for that repair which the customer agreed on and cashed the check so we believe this resolve was satisfactory to this customer. We hope the customer can take the refund and have the vehicle repaired to her satisfaction.
I bought numerous cars from Heritage Cadillac and used thier service department for almost a decade. I tried to buy another car from them today, however they raised the price by $761 when it came time to do the final paperwork. I would expect this from many dealerships but thought Heritage was different, they aren't! (Anymore) A long story short, they claimed the internet price I saw was incorrect and they refused to honor the difference on a nearly $20,000 purchase! Since we were made aware of the customer's complaint, we have made several attempts to contact him. We regret that the customer had a poor experience at the dealership and would like to discuss the matter with him in order to see if we can find an appropriate resolution.
I have purchased several cars from Heritage Cadillac. Fran ***********was my sales representative and I couldn't be happier with my purchases from her. However my last purchase has been a money pit. The most recent experience was having to replace the timing chain in October of 2018. Then in January of 2019 with less than 6000 miles the car suddenly chocked up and nearly stalled and then began a loud knocking noise.
