I wish I could give a zero star. This place is a complete joke. My husband was going through a severe mental crisis. They waited 3 days before anyone would speak to him. He had willingly admitted himself to the crisis floor. That was a monday he sat there with no mental help no meds nothing. When the psychiatrist Ashley Garner did see him it was a short time like 20 minutes. She didnt dig into why he was even in there and said ill give you what I'm on. I have been ghosted by several therapists at this place. I’ve also recently had my psychologist pass away & my insurance kicking me off so I was going to look into if they offer psychiatric care here but every time I call, I get no answer so then I leave a voicemail but I get nothing back. Based off my experiences, the experiences of loved ones here, & these reviews, they just feed off the vulnerability of people in need. I really don’t recommend this place. Love our doctors, but the overall operation is in shambles. They won’t let you schedule an appointment because they “don’t schedule that far out” and promise they will call you on XYZ date to get scheduled but that call never comes and shortly after they send out cranky letters about not being able to be reached and threaten to drop you. Kinda bogus. Oh and good luck getting anywhere with the phones- they change them every couple weeks and they are down more than functional. This place is a joke!!! They don't honestly care about your addictions and your wellbeing. You are just a number to them, its even clearly on the bottle they give you to dose instead of your name!! You never see a dr only the people who hand you what you need that day. Drug tests should be done on the regular especially when dosing methadone yet they don't. How are you going to keep giving an person methadone doses without seeing if they are taking anything else that could possibly cause an overdose???? Sure you can get othe... read more
