If you can avoid great southern homes i would after 2 years of living in one of their homes all the problems popped up nail holes popping up everywhere it’s ridiculous they put these houses up so fast they dont care about quality its all about a dollar i can tell you where every stud at in my house from the nail imprints in the walls thats just the beginning
