I had a great experience at Heritage. I bought a Dodge pickup at a great price. No issues at all. Friendly sales guy, quick in/out and the truck has been running great!
Jack was so helpful and very kind through the whole process! He even drove the SUV to my house just so I could look at it. When we bought it about 3 months after my tail light went and my windshield wipers wouldn't work so I called jack about it and we got it in they got it fixed really fast! I really appreciate how helpful they were and it was the easiest car buying process ever! Again thank you so much Jack and Heritage Team!

Very pushy and rude. Couldn't come to an agreement on price and then he brings the manager in to tell me how his vehicle is priced correctly. Big dealership arrogance disguising themselves as a local merchant. Headed to ACRA and Sandman Brothers. Maybe they will treat me with respect and want my money. �
Horrible people. I spoke with Jim on the phone. We made arrangements over the phone on price and time I would be arriving. I arrived 15 earlier than expected after a 4 hour drive only to find out they sold the vehicle to someone else who was in the office doing paper work. Manager only shrugged his shoulders and smiled. They had my phone number and didn't even bother calling me to tell me they were screwing me.
