I moved into one of the apartment complexes managed by Heritage in 2014. My property manager, at the time, was Robin. She was great if there were any issues with the apartment. She retired and then the company went consistently downhill after that. Their website quit working, so you couldn't file a maintenance request on-line. Tenants had to call the office to report a problem. The managers, after Robin, went from bad to worse.
