Disappointed in the organization of the staff overall in getting back to me with important issues. I was ready to move out after I moved in - having moved from states away had to make a quick decision on where to live. Not a bad apartment for a college kid. Community has a bar that can be fun for a younger crowd. For me, I wasn't happy with what I received for what I paid overall. The mail service is also very disorganized.
I enjoyed my year of living at heritage. It was conveniently located close to campus and across the street from a grocery store. The office staff is nice and more than willing to help. I highly recommend living here.
I lived at Heritage Apartments for one year and am so happy I have moved out. A month into my lease and I was already looking into other apartment complexes and contemplating subleasing. I had a terrible move-in experience. When I got my keys and saw my unit,the room wreaked of paint, there was spilled white paint all over the carpet, door handles, and finishing. The apartment itself is nice. We're in a safe area that is close to school. The Internet is good here, there's a Kroger across the street, and a great bank down the road. My neighbors are mostly considerate and the rent is reasonable for the neighborhood.
