DON’T RENT from this place! Very confusing move-in instructions. It took me a month to get my wifi to work. The office is a complete mess and never answers the phone to residents. My online portal will not work. I have had to leave vacations and work early to hand them a check. Save your time and go somewhere else

Just moved in last week and the current answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDING HERITAGE. We should not have had to pay a deposit and rent for what we received after signing. The apartment was dirty (pee stains on down stairs toilet - we have photo evidence of this all), the entire floor needed swept and mopped, debris throughout kitchen, paint stains on floor, the window leaked on the first rain, the ceiling leaked on the first rain, the AC unit does not work in a room upstairs (resulting in me having to stay elsewhere - I am... read more

**PLEASE READ** Let’s see, where should I start? Should I start with the fact I moved in last July and didn’t get settled until November due to all the maintenance issues I had? (Never stopped having issues). Should I start with the AC breaking and it not getting replaced for a month? Terrible apartment all together. I don’t live here, but my boyfriend does, and he’s been without internet for two weeks. Every day, they tell us it will be fixed that day and it has yet to be fixed. The worst part is that when I followed up with the leasing office to ask about when it would get fixed, the only person who seems to work there, Ashley, screamed at me. Also, I called 15 times with no answer, and when I got an answer, she yelled at me for ten minutes. Very unsatisfied.
