There really should be a negative star, this is why I gave 1 star and that is a generous rating. Karen Hidalgo is the worst person not to mention the worst manager. It is so hard to reach her in person and over the phone. She retalites if you contradict her and has zero compassion or willingness to help residents. I would seriously reconsider if you are looking to rent here.
