DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! I moved to panama city from Ohio and was super excited to move into this complex after speaking with staff members. but my place is INFESTED with roaches!!! they've sprayed once a few days ago and still roaches are coming in from every crack and crevice in the home. I went to the office to speak with Lucy and shes extremely rude! I BET HER HOME ISNT INFESTED with roaches!!! I've only been in my apartment 2 days and they wont refund my deposit or move me. Heritage south and "panama city apts" are the worst. Infested with bugs they dont tell you about. Paid a deposit to them without moving in and they only gave half back, I never even stayed in the apt 1 day but they kept 500 dollars for no reason. They also never switched the lights back into their name so I was charged for 2 weeks of electricity without ever living there. Do not give them any business!!!!!!!
Walls are paper thin our neighbors are very loud and my kids can't sleep at night with all the banging going on over there I wish we never moved here nasty place trash and furniture piled up fleas are bad we had to have the place sprayed our self they called there self spraying for bugs they were in my place maybe a min sprayed a few spots and left our ac was not working good I put in a order for it to get checked and no one showed up I really wish there was not a year lease here we would be gone my kids need a better home t... read more
Only been here a couple of weeks but I really love my place. I havent rented in over 20 years and this has been a really nice transition back into the renting world. And its awesome being so close to everything. Thank you
