Our first visit there was a late evening emergency for a dog attack. The staff was so amazing. You could tell they were honestly feeling the same love & emotions we were for our hurt baby. We were worried & scared. Dr. Nick and his nurse we’re amazing. Comforted us and assured us Cooper would be taken care of very well overnight until surgery could be done in the AM. Dr. Nick saved my boy! Can’t thank him (and his staff) enough�
I can't even express how much I love this place. We brought our cat their last Sunday with a blocked bladder. They treated us with so much respect and gave our little Zeus the best attention and love. They were able to unblock him for $176, it cost $1200 last time at Medvet in Toledo. They have the most loving care and don't charge an arm and a leg. We are scheduling a PU surgery for our kitty in a couple weeks and we are very confident they will take the best care of him.
Dr. Amber and Megan were so great with my pup! They were patient, knowledgeable, and most of all understanding. Both of them went above and beyond! The pricing here is SO reasonable as well. I'd recommend this facility over any of the "affordable" vets. I paid slightly more than the previous one I was seeing and getting half the care/attentiveness from. They worked with me to make sure everything fit our budget and then some! I will be bringing all my pets here exclusively!
Wonderful caring and loving staff� We brought our sweet cat Gladys to them and they were so compassionate when it was decided that she should be put to sleep.
We had a terrible accident happen to our Lucy . Our kitty joined our menagery less than 2 months ago. We came home to see she was hurt and crying in pain. Two broken front legs and back toe. The devastating news ended up with a front leg amputation, a back toe amputation and splinted broken leg. After spending almost a week with vets she came home purring and happy. Although a long recovery it's anticipated she school be back to her sassy self before to long. Thankyou Heritage for the wonderful care!
