Our dogs always get great treatment and all the staff is friendly. We're especially happy with one of the vet techs (whose name I can't ever remember) because she has so many creatively genius ways to work with our adopted senior dog, Lola. Lola is very fearful of having her nails clipped but HAH was successful with minimal interventions! We're so happy <3
Dr. Amber is awesome!! We come from Jackson because the staff at Heritage is great. They love our fur babies as much as we do. We have a skittish Mastiff and this is the only place that she will walk into.
Very professional and they really care about their work and our pets.
A few weeks ago, I took in a flock of chickens rescued by Huron Valley Humane Society. These were a neglect case and the birds suffered from pretty bad frostbite. One sweet girl suffered from frostbite so badly on her legs and feet that today she had to have the leg removed, the vet will remove the other on Friday. Dr. Nick at Heritage Animal Hospital could have suggested we euthanize her (and he did say it was an option), but instead he said, I think I can help her have a full life- will you let me try making her prosthetic... read more
What an amazing group of people! My furbaby visits every few weeks for her laser treatment. She loves Dr. Amber! I am so grateful for the love she gives my baby!!
