I had lived here years about 15 years ago when they were in a position to truly renovate the apartment building for a great makeover but all of their investment seem to be cosmetic to attract new tenants versus addressing the real issues with the HVAC and other issues which seem to have gone from poor to horific. It's very sad to see something with great potential gotten worse with infestation which was not a problem when I was living there.
Common area floors need to be cleaned. The HVAC and water utilities are frequently out. Location is perfect but place needs an overhaul and it can be seriously very nice.
I WOULD GIVE THIS NASTY MANAGED AND POORLY RAN COMPLEX -0 STARS IF I COULD. I AM 63, I LIVED IN 20 OR SO RENTAL PROPERTIES AND OWNED SEVERAL MYSELF. THIS PROPERTY BUILT IN 64 HAS A RAT, AND ROACH INFESTATION. THE ROACHES ARE SO PROLIFIC NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO THEY ARE DROPPING EGGS EVERYWHERE.DRAWERS, CRACKS IN CEILINGS, DOOR JAMS JUST EVERYWHERE. THE MICE AND RATS COME THROUGH THE PLUMBMING UNDER THE SINK, BEHIND THE STOVES AND DISHWASHERS. THE AC IS ON THE CHILL SYSTEM, IT DOES NOT COOL ENOUGH OR HEAT ENOUGH. I LIVED HERE F... read more

My experience here was amazing . I lost my place during covid.my job drop us down to 13 hours a week and I fell behind. But I would definitely move back I love heritage place
