Unless you have been mired in depression and anxiety - a daily; sometimes hourly battle for release and solace - it is difficult to comprehend the overwhelming gratitude experienced when you are finally set free. When a particular individual is entirely responsible for leading you to the light and drawing back the curtains of fear and doubt, then you develop an appreciation like no other. Quite simply, Dr. Ortiz saved my life.

He's a profound person as a good Clinical Psychologist; however, my real needs weren't really treated. He took another completely unwanted path. I didn't feel any rapport from him. He makes jokes about ppl and sometimes let out bad words from his mouth. My appointments were strangely erased and they said they were going to call me back, so they never did. I think it's their way to get rid of patients. I'm glad they never called me. I find him completely useless.
