I have had several problems with Herff Jones. I ordered my class ring several months ago and every person in my class got theirs at the ring ceremony.. Except for me. When i asked about it they did not even know where it was. A few weeks later, the rings that got sent back for resizing, or whatever was wrong with it, returned and i still never even got mine.
