I am very disappointed, I had a great eye exam and am still waiting for contacts 3 months later. I keep hearing the same story that they were ordered but still haven't got them in. I think that it's a lie because contacts do not take 3 months to get in for any reason. Customer service is poor and this is inexcusable. I am sorry that I recommended them to anyone.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. Dr. Bruce was great, most extensive and thorough exam I've ever had. Ordered my glasses, they are fine. Trying for over 2 months to get contacts. Still don't have. FINALLY, asked for prescription so I could order them myself. Prescription was messed up. Went back to have prescription corrected, STILL messed up. VERY DISAPPOINTED. And I have recommended several patients to them, including 2 elderly patients. Such a shame.
Have been spending the morning doing a little "SPRING" cleaning, while waiting for my Avon order to arrive. I tend to keep my house on the clean/neat side. WELL, I picked up my new glasses yesterday from HERE'S 2 EYES in Troy and it was like I have been living in a dim world for apparently, quite a while! Everything is SO bright,crisp and clear. Now, when I look around my house I see that I haven't been keeping things as spiffed up as I thought:/ YIKES! Thanks Barb Cashion and Betty Pritchett @ Here's 2 Eyes!
I am so glad they are here in troy my glasses got broke a few years ago and she fixed then for really cheap and then my glasses broke last night and I did need an exam since it had been 4 years they got me in today for an exam and before I left I had new glasses so I could see I even had my 3 kids they had toys for them to play with where I could get my exam done without having to worry about them I will go back for my eye needs
Dr. Charles Bruce was in Washington, Mo. before he went to Troy, Mo. He is located right next to Krogers. Mon sister saw he was there and told me. I followed him there and mon eye exam was so through. Tested to see which type of drops to use for dry eyes. It was the perfect solution for me. Stopped in yesterday to get another prescription as I couldn't find mine. Within minutes I had it and can't wait to see him again in October.
