Wow. Mother’s Day Brunch was a disaster. Crazy long lines to the buffet (gross), waited in line for 20 mins to serve myself cold pancakes that were from frozen. (A waffle bar was advertised), I had to ask to have my drink filled, and I’m not kidding, everything that was supposed to be hot, was cold. Did I mention that most of the trays were empty while standing in line forever? Not sure the flames were lit under the chaffing dishes. Gross. And the kicker- paid $30. X 3 plus tip for this. The service was mediocre, friendly staff but inattentive service. The brunch was boring and semi cold. The best part was the prime rib, but it definitely wasn’t worth the price or the drive to andover. Probably won’t be back. Beautiful venue. Unfortunate experience.

I visited Hereford House to listen to music by Patz Ztap. The wait staff were very polite and professional. I even remarked to my date when a thank you was returned with "My Pleasure!" instead of the too common "No problem" which seems to have replaced even "You're welcome" in most establishments. In addition, the ambiance was wonderful and the food was Great!

Awesome! First time here but not first time at a fancy steak house. Filet was great! Got it Oscar style. Cooked perfectly. Finished with an amazing bread pudding topped with white chocolate and caramel sauce. Amazing!!
