This was by far the worst living experience I had ever encountered. It only lasted three months and this property management company gave me and two other tenants a clean walk away because they were at fault disregarding to disclose critical information for the condo association we were leasing in. As a property owner you can sleep good at night because they will never contact you to discuss the issues with your rental. As a renter dont expect anything from them except to collect your rent. They dont even return your calls unless you call them 3 or 4 times in a row.
It's 3:00AM and your property is just fine. When you are a property owner the last thing you want to be doing is staring at the ceiling all night long worrying about your property. I switched to Here2Serve Property Management seven months ago and have been pleased with the responsiveness, the lower fees, the and the higher level of service. They are on top of my properties and address tenant problems immediately without letting them get to the point of no return. Give them the keys to your properties and sleep well at night.
I followed an ad listing for a unit in Grand Rapids and reached out to both Doug and Jim from this company as instructed. Doug returned my call and as I worked to set up a showing for my fiancé and I, he was INCREDIBLY rude. After finally agreeing to a meeting time to view the home on Dickinson Ave, he told me that he still wouldn't show up for the showing unless I called him beforehand to "confirm".
