I lived here for a year, and unfortunately this has been the worst lease renewal experience I’ve had. We accepted a renewal offer through the Resident Portal in May. I had a frustrating experience with this apartment before moving in. I paid the last month’s rent in advance as a form of deposit/guarantee, but the payment failed due to insufficient funds in my account. As a result, I was charged a $25 NSF fee. What was most disappointing is that the leasing office told me this fee was charged by my bank and asked me to contact the bank directly. This apartment complex and the staff are exceptional. I was in a difficult situation and the staff were caring and worked very swiftly. Huge shoutout to Abigail and Brandon! The staff here must be under great management based on the cohesive teamwork environment that the staff operate in.
