Please don't expect common currencies. Had a 9am appointment do to traffic I would have only been 15 minute late so she would not accept that and keep my deposit and still charged my card for the entire amount for service she didn't do. Like wow, never again
Amazing!!! Loved the salon and my hair
Rip-off!!! So ridiculous! I’m really disappointed about being charged $200 for depositing again charged $150 for cancellation. Total charged $350! RIP OFF!!! I tried to reschedule system rejected me to have an access! As a customer, this feels excessive and unfair, especially since I won’t be returning. This kind of policy feels more like a penalty than a reasonable business practice. Good customer service should work with clients, not make them feel taken advantage of.
