Customer service representative was friendly and knowledgable. As an agricultural business owner, I was unable to order parts directly by pbone. The representative insisted I use the website for ordering even though I had a "live" person on the phone. I was willing to order the parts immediately/during the call and the representative continually insisted I must go to the website.
