Ordered seal kits by phone & the kits did'nt have buffer seal. Called back & they said they would send them. They did'nt & more waiting. Called back & offered to buy them so now waiting. Learned a expensive lesson. Buy oem parts & pay more but worth it.
custumer service is an absolut no go i want to buy 40 o rings to fix one machine but thay say sorry voor smal bisnes we dot have time what a bullschit thanks hercules nl
