This place is where my sister works and they are so good to her
Aden Park: I rented an apartment from here in 2015 and I was forced to live here with mold, a huge hole in my utility room dripping water onto my work equipment. It was right below our bathroom so we thought we would fall through. The mold made us sick and put us in the hospital. My family had to deal with raccoon urine seeping through the ceilings. Our pool and amenities at the Flats 540 Apex, NC have been closed all year. The excuse is because of COVID-19 but several pools in the area are open including neighborhood pools and apartment complex pools. The law in NC states pools can be open. The management team at Hercules Living have been non-responsive to the needs of their tenets. This place is becoming a joke.
